- So, I decided to download it from the regular US ToonTown website (at this point my daughter is wanting to play the game, so I went ahead and did it). I put the code in where you are supposed to and it wouldn't work. So, I got a supposed 1 month free service to UK Toontown that didn't even work.

Toontown Online download free. full Game was a massively multiplayer online role-playing game, developed by Disney Interactive and published by The Walt Disney Company. The beta game was released in the United States for PC on August, 2001 and officially launched on June 2, 2003. Versions were released later in Japan and the United Kingdom in 2004, France and Germany in 2005, Brazil in 2006, and Southeast Asia in 2007.
Toontown Online 's story centered on an ongoing battle between a population of cartoon animals known as the Toons and a collection of business-minded robots known as the Cogs who are trying to take over the town. Players would choose and customise their own toon and go on to complete Toontasks, play mini-games, and fight the Cogs. Toontown online, free download.
The game was positively received in general, attaining an aggregate score of 82 percent fromGameRankings and 81 percent from Metacritic. Critics praised the game for its ability to incorporate aspects pleasurable for the whole family, such as team battling and mini-games; however, some reviewers criticized the game's repetitiveness in the long-run and failure to offer new content for veteran players. The game won several awards from numerous gaming websites and magazines, including Computer Gaming World 's MMORPG of the Year.
The Toontown Online online servers were shut down and/or merged over the years, with the final server to close being the United States (then merged with the United Kingdom) on September 19, 2013. A month before the closure, Disney released a statement that the company would be 'shifting its focus to other online and mobile play experiences, such as Club Penguin and a growing selection of mobile apps.
Gameplay
Players could create characters called «Toons». Players were able to customize their Toons in various shapes, colors, clothes and sizes, as well as their species, with choices consisting of cats, dogs, ducks, mice, pigs, rabbits, bears, horses and monkeys.
Combat
«Cogs» were the antagonists in-game, stylized to be corporate robots that wanted to take over the town to propagate business culture. Cogs came in four types: Bossbots, Lawbots, Cashbots, and Sellbots, each with increasing levels throughout the game that increased their health and damage.
Toons began with basic 'Gags' and a 15-point 'Laff' meter. Gags, rooted in old cartoon slapstickhumor, were weapons used to destroy the Cogs in Cog battles. Each 'gag track' had Gags with different properties that could be unlocked by completing 'Toontasks', and each gag track would get progressively more powerful as toons used their gags more. The Laff meter functioned ashealth meter, representing how much damage toons could take from the Cogs before going 'sad' — in-game death. Cogs were battled using a timed turn-based combat system with up to four Toons in a battle. Cogs could be fought on the streets of the game, in 'Cog buildings' or in their own designated 'Cog HQ'. «Cog buildings» were a feature in Toontown where one to four players would work together to defeat a series of Cogs in a building to revert it to its original toon state before being taken over. Cog buildings were created when Cogs entered Toon buildings on the streets, subsequently turning them into a Cog building. Cog levels increased by stage in the building.
A «Cog Invasion» was where one Cog invaded a whole district (server shard) in Toontown. An invasion could be either a random occurrence or summoned by a player.
At certain points in the game, Toons could go to one of the four «Cog Headquarters» (Cog HQ) in the game. Each Cog HQ was specific to each Cog type. HQ also had a Cog Boss, who could be fought with up to eight players. These Cog Bosses included the Vice President in Sellbot HQ, the Chief Financial Officer in Cashbot HQ, the Chief Justice in Lawbot HQ, and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in Bossbot HQ. If you are a fan of solving puzzles, then you are going to love this game. The game is done funnily with a funny toon cartoons. But that does not mean that this game is for kids. I mean the game is perfect for kids that understand puzzle solving, and the kids that play this game will for sure get they brain cells activated and by that increase they intelligence and focus. But this funny cartoon game is a real challenge for a grown-up as well. I think that older people can be more challenged by this game than some young kids.
By playing game you will gain more points and will receive three starts on a level which is a maximum possible outcome. Also, make sure you use bombs and rockets. Rockets are very useful because they can destroy the whole row from the start to the end. Triggering rockets, you can pass the level very fast with just a few moves. Bombs are also a good choice for a huge blast because when bomb get off, it will destroy many cubes all around the bomb. There are also other special objects in the game that will destroy the cubes for you. Cubes also get destroyed when you match them 3 or more in a row.
So in short review, the goal of the game is to match 3 or more of same color cubes. And to pass a level, you need to destroy a specific number of cubes with a given color. There are many levels to pass, and you can buy the boost. The game is extremely challenging because the shape of a playing field always change and on high levels it gets difficult. Also, the number of cubes that need to be destroyed on higher levels is huge and to pass a single level you will need to think hard and probably use more than one special item to get you over the level.

This game is for everyone, for kids, adults and older people who just want to waste some time by playing the game.
